The DRY-BRUSH TECHNIQUE utilizes traditional oils in an untraditional way ... on WATERCOLOR PAPER!

Utilizing very small amounts of actual pigment allows me to bring a softness, almost pastel-like look a finished portrait that utilizes the white of the paper and is almost impossible with traditional oil techniques.  The result is a UNIQUE portrait that is archival, non-smearing, unusual, and affordable all at the same time!  The preferred presentation is similar to watercolor with mat and glass/plexiglass within a frame.
